Hallelujah for Abundant Life in Jesus!
Our whole Bible School here in Nepal just returned from an epic season of releasing God’s presence across this beautiful country. Hundreds, possibly thousands, of lives have been influenced with transformational teachings and supernatural interventions! So life is good as we embarked into remote villages to spread the Gospel of the Kingdom and free people from the impoverished thinking of the world! The best part: it’s not about me... We're simply equipping and releasing the local believers of this magnificent country to transform their own nation in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen!
Seeds of Liberty have been planted, spiritual fruit is growing, and unprecedented joys are overflowing! Caleb and I witnessed the Almighty Hand of God at work as we followed His perfect leadership in our lives. We want to Thank You for your powerful prayers...of blessings, protection, and wisdom. We are incredibly blessed to have such a loving prayer family, and we return the favor the Lord upon you as you read about the fruit of your prayer labors.
Let me define the front-lines of the Asian mission field in two words:
Extreme Everything!
Extreme pain, extreme adventure, extreme sickness, extreme joy, extreme heat, extreme laughter, extreme mosquitos, extreme food, extreme friends, extreme discomforts, extreme glories! That’s exactly what I’ve experienced these past 3 months in Mongolia and 5 months in Nepal. Extreme everything. I endured an incomprehensible day of eternal misery and weakness from food poisoning and extravagant heat; and later that week, I facilitated a glorious move of the Spirit with half the room weeping and laughing on the floor! There are far too many stories to share in an update letter, but I pray for time opportunities to publish some of my journal entries on the internet.
I won’t bore you with long text, so I’m praying the attached “pictures will speak a thousand words.” I’m simply in awe with the Nepali friends I made during the last two-month BELT Outreach (Biblical Education & Leadership Training). We endured long bumpy bus rides, bushwhacked through Himalayan jungles, crossed flooding rivers, hiked through thunderstorms, and ate lots of rice! Moreover, I’m astounded at the infinite supply of God’s Glorious Grace! It is HIS words I speak, HIS strength I draw from, HIS passion I carry, HIS presence I release, and HIS JOY that motivates me for missions! Without Christ, I am nothing. My personal burden for the lost is not enough. My testimony of His Abundant Life in me has overcome the enemy and released others into their God-destined Freedom! You are purposed for the same. Go!
God leads me back to Idaho May 7th. God launches a Bible School in Cascade with His leadership in me May 15th. Tis through such circumstances, I rely on the sufficient grace of God and your continual prayers...
